Country of election
From Rugby League Wiki
A country of election is the country that a player chooses to play for, should they be eligible for more than one according to the regulations on international eligibility.[1] After electing, the player may play "senior representative rugby league" for another country only at the end of the election period or with special permission from the RLIF.[1][2]
